From the Anthology: BIG BAD MOON: This song came to me as I was driving home from the airport one evening with a big full moon rising in a darkening sky. By the time I got home it was finished and ready to record. Then it occurred to me that I had written a vocal song for an otherwise instrumental CD, "Flying in a Blue Dream." This song then became the catalyst for writing five more vocal songs to accompany the 12 instrumenta!s. The voice I use is not really mine as much as it is an imaginary character's, dreamed up to meet the song's attitude and style. We even shot a video for this one!
