From the Anthology CD: LOVE THING: Yes, another heartfelt love song, one of many more I hope to never stop writing. This melody had me thinking of vocal styles, imagining a baritone for the verses helped me finish the phrases in a more natural way. Playing my guitar like a soul singer delivering a love song with total surrender is what I tried to achieve. "Tell the truth with your guitar" is what I kept telling myself when recording the melody. I feel such a rush of emotion flow through me when I play this song. The experience delivers me to a place I want to go to over and over again.
